The bathroom was very clean. The front desk service was quick.
The bed was very uncomfortable, low to the ground and you could hear and feel the bedsprings.

Friendly and helpful staff, free wake up calls and ironing available. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Excellent and wonderful location with parking on-site. Good overall experience.

The toilet was very interesting. Especially because you could move it around.(sarcastic, just in case)

It was SO gross, there were bugs everywhere, the toilet paper holder fell off just when I touched it, the TV never worked, the curtains were So ripped we couldn't even close them. There was just a chessy little lock on the dOOr. T smealt like urine in the office. I will pay more for something better next time. Uuugghh i

Got a double room as expected, loved it. Really enjoyed having a tub in my private bathroom. - the hotel is in a fantastic location right by the Falls, the shopping mall, and all the restaurants. - Conveniently located only 1 mile away from Griffon Park.
